Excerpts from the Royal Message on Transitional Justice delivered by Ms. Amina Bouayach, CNDH Chairperson, on the occasion of the international conference titled "The Moroccan Experience in Transitional Justice", held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI on December 6-7, 2024, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Equity and Reconciliation Commission.

The high-level international conference on “The Moroccan Experience in Transitional Justice," organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI by the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) and Parliament, concluded today at the Parliament headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. The event took place on 6 and 7 December 2024.
