CNDH Bureau
The Bureau of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), as outlined in Article 49 of Law 76.15 on the Council's reorganization, is chaired by CNDH Chairperson and is comprised of its Secretary-General, Coordinators of its National Mechanisms, Chairs of its Standing Committees, and, if applicable, Chairs of its Regional Commissions.
This Bureau meets regularly and when convened by the Chairperson, and is in charge of assisting in implementing the General Assembly’s decisions, preparing the agenda and coordinating the activities of CNDH's national bodies, mechanisms and regional commissions. It also conducts missions delegated by the General Assembly as part of its mandate.
