The National Human Rights Council (CNDH) will hold the opening session of the first ordinary session of its General Assembly on September 21, 2019, from 9:30am to 10:30am, at its headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. Mrs. Soyata Maiga, Chairperson of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR) and her delegation, invited by the CNDH, will take part in the opening session of the General Assembly.
