General Assembly
The General Assembly is composed of the CNDH members. In line with Article 48 of law 76-15, it is mandated to:
- Examine and approve draft opinions, proposals, recommendations, reports, programs, studies and research prepared by the CNDH bodies; - Examine and approve the draft annual action program of the CNDH and its mechanisms;
- Approve the CNDH draft budget and close the accounts at the financial year end;
- Approve the CNDH Rules of Procedure submitted by the CNDH Chairperson;
- Approve the particular CNDH human resources Status in line with the government authority responsible for finance;
- Approve the CNDH draft annual reports and its thematic reports provided for in Article 35 of this law. The General Assembly also examines and approves the recommendations, proposals and outcomes of the National Mechanisms and the CNDH Regional Commissions.
