The Chairperson of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) met on 23 and 24 May 2019 with mothers and family members of detainees of Al Hoceima.

Both meetings took place at the Rabat-Driss Benzekri Institute for Human Rights. They aimed to interacting and exchanging views on the conditions of detainees, their mothers and their families. These meetings were a follow-up to the first meeting held earlier this week with members of the association of families of detainees "Tafra"

To be noted that CNDH Chairperson announced on 12 April 2019 that the Council will schedule hearings for the families of detainees of the events of Al Hoceima and Jerrada.
