Pursuant to article 12 of Law No. 31-13 on the right of access to information, Ms. Amina Bouayach, Chairperson of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), designated Ms. Amina Salhi, Director of the Communication Directorate at the Council, to handle the reception and processing of information requests at CNDH.

Article 12 of the Law No. 31-13 provides for the appointment of one or more persons for receiving and processing requests for access to information within bodies and institutions concerned with the application of the said law.

In accordance with Article 13 of the same law, CNDH has undertaken all requisite measures to enforce the provisions outlined therein. It also offers tools and resources to support the designated individual in carrying out her duties effectively.

To fulfill this objective, CNDH has established an internal committee tasked with supporting the designated individual in receiving information requests and ensuring that her missions are carried out under optimal conditions.
