As part of its ongoing efforts to fulfil the remaining recommendations of the Equity and Reconciliation commission (IER), the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) continues to compensating victims of past serious violations and finalizing the supplementary retirement files for victims and rights holders integrated into public and semi-public institutions.
Starting from November 20, 2021, the CNDH will begin to deliver arbitration decisions in line with IER recommendations for 186 beneficiaries of individual compensation programs. This initiative involves a total amount of 16,392,400 dirhams.

In alignment with this commitment, the CNDH is also working to settle the supplementary retirement for 99 beneficiaries. The CNDH continues to assist victims who have been integrated into jobs after reaching the age of forty in preparing their applications to the National Retirement and Insurance Fund. This initiative is part of the agreement signed, on May 4, 2021, between the CNDH, Government Presidency and Deposit and Management Fund (CDG), with an estimated budget of 29,768,246 dirhams.
