Mrs. Malika Benradi is a Professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco, and Consultant in child labour and women’s rights.

Mrs. Nezha Guessous is a former Professor of medical biology at the Faculty of Medicine in Casablanca, Morocco, Consultant in Biology and Human Rights, and a member of the Royal Advisory Commission to reform the Family Code..

Mr. Elie El Baz was born in the city of Bejaâd, Morocco, in 1948. He is a Professor of Higher Education at the Faculté de droit de Casablanca, as well as Associate Professor at the Université de Bordeaux (centre d’études d’Afrique Noire). He holds a Ph.D. in public law and political science and a Ph.D. in history.Mr. El Baz continued his postgraduate studies at the université Paris-I, Pantheon- Sorbonne. He graduated from Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, 4ème section : sciences religieuses. Mr. El Baz is an active member of the Association « Akwass » in Bejaâd. He works on fighting poverty and illiteracy, cultural, health, and education development.

Mrs. Amina El Messaoudi, Professor at Mohamed V University in Rabat, Morocco, Consultant in the field of constitutional reforms, elections and governance, and member of the Commission consultative sur la régionalisation (Advisory Commission on Regionalization) and the Commission consultative de révision de la Constitution (Advisory Commission to Review the Constitution).
