CRDH of Draa-Tafilalet Region organizes meetings to complete the establishment of clubs for citizenship and human rights within schools

The Regional Human Rights Commission in the Draa-Tafilalet Region (CRDH), in coordination with the Regional Academy of Education and Training, is organizing regional meetings to complete the establishment of 125 clubs for education on citizenship and human rights within schools in the region.

These meetings will be organized between 21 and 28 February 2023 in the implementation of the relevant partnership and cooperation agreement signed in June 2021.

These meetings are part of the implementation of the CRDH annual action program 2023. They aim to complete the establishment of clubs for citizenship and human rights education within schools in the region and highlight their role in consolidating citizenship and tolerance values.

These meetings will be an occasion to present the guide for clubs on citizenship and human rights as a reference framework.

They will also contribute to aligning visions and actions methodologies to facilitate understanding and communication among the various components of the clubs, given that schools are the real space for implanting and promoting human rights culture.

These meetings will be scheduled at the Provincial Directorates of the Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and Sports as follow:
- Tuesday 21 February 2023, in Zagora, Morocco,
- Wednesday 22 February 2023, in Ouarzazate, Morocco,
- Thursday 23 February 2023, in Tangier, Morocco,
- Monday 28 February 2023, in Errachidia and Midelt, Morocco.
