Mohamed Amarti, Chairperson of RHRC of Oujda - Figuig

Born in 1957, in Oujda Mr. Mohamed Amarti is a professor of higher education at the Faculty of Economics and Law and Social Sciences, University of Mohamed 1st in Oujda. He holds a PhD in law from Mohammed V University in Rabat. Mr. Amarti is director a human rights and international humanitarian law centre. He is a member of the national board of the Moroccan Organization for Human Rights and the Moroccan Association of Constitutional Law.
